Pawn, the Sunrise Doll, the Banisher, the Face of Heaven, the Soulkeeper, is one of the few ascended creatures of Home. Pawn possesses the ability to attract and collect Souls within her body. Pawn's job is to keep Home clean of any sinful and dangerous creatures by executing them and banishing their Souls to Hell with the Blade of Banishment.

Pawn is the right hand of God and obeys her commands whenever needed. Aside from her own devotion to keep Home pure and God's commands that are rare and occasional, Pawn is free and enjoys her own life. She is normally cheery and joyful, bursting into dances and singing songs, but immediately turns cold and calculating whenever she senses danger.

Pawn lives in the mountains, in a wooden shack that stands in the middle of a shallow river, surrounded by steep cliffs. Every tree that grows nearby has a magic lantern in its canopy, softly lighting up the place at night. Pawn welcomes anyone who wants to visit her, and remembers every guest, be it a human or an animal.
